ADHD Focus Vault · Last updated July 20, 2026

ADHD Focus Vault is a small shop that makes digital planners for people with ADHD. We sell on Etsy and share our work on Pinterest under the name ADHD Focus Vault (@NeuroFocusPlanners). This page explains what information we handle and what we do with it.

What we collect

Very little. We don't run our own store, accounts, or mailing list on this site. If you buy one of our planners, the purchase happens on Etsy, and Etsy handles your payment and shipping details under its own privacy policy. We only see what Etsy shows sellers: your username, what you bought, and any messages you send us.

Pinterest

We use Pinterest's API to publish our own pins and to read analytics about how those pins perform (impressions, saves, clicks). This tells us which planner designs people find useful. We do not collect, store, or process personal information about people who view, save, or click our pins. Analytics we receive from Pinterest are aggregate numbers, not information about individual users.

Cookies and tracking

This site doesn't set cookies, run analytics scripts, or track visitors.

Who we share information with

Nobody. We don't sell, rent, or share any customer information. Messages you send us through Etsy stay between us and are only used to answer your question or fix a problem with your order.

Data retention

Order records live in Etsy's system and follow Etsy's retention rules. We don't keep separate copies of customer data beyond what's needed for taxes and bookkeeping.

Children

Our products and pages are intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
